CNC Programmer

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to support production of premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you will create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills and routers, translate CAD models and prints into efficient toolpaths, and ensure tight quality and safety standards. You'll collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and standardize setups. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and routers to produce window, door, and skylight components
• Translate CAD models and blueprints into accurate toolpaths using CAM software
• Set up, prove out, and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time and reduce scrap
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production to resolve machining and quality issues
• Maintain standard work, documentation, and revision control for CNC programs and setups
• Perform test runs, inspections, and adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality
• Recommend tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to enhance safety and throughput
• Support training of operators on new programs, setups, and best practices
