We're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality sticker labels for packaging and consumer products. If you have machine operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great fit for you.

• Operate production and printing machinery to manufacture labels
• Monitor machines and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform rewind and inspection work to verify print quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for defects
• Package completed products for shipment
• Support general production activities and maintain workflow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in production or general labor roles
• Ability to perform quality inspections with attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

• Working with multiple machines during a shift

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Candidates hired on off-shifts will train on 1st shift for approximately one month.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
