Your Schedule

11:00 pm to 7:00 amDays:
Monday through FridayA Day in Your Role When your shift begins, you check in with the shift leader or a mold technician to confirm your assignments. You connect with the outgoing operator to get the latest on job status and any issues to watch for. With paperwork verified, you follow documented work instructions, run parts, perform secondary operations, and record everything on shift reports and route sheets.

Throughout the shift, you inspect parts, maintain supplies at your station, and surface concerns about parts, instructions, packaging, or equipment to the right team members. You help train new operators, keep your area clean and safe, close out paperwork, and tidy the workstation before handing off to the next shift. You work within our Quality Management System and take on additional duties as assigned.

What You Will DoSupport manufacturing, packaging, and quality monitoring of plastic parts and assemblies

Collaborate closely with shift leaders, mold technicians, and quality team members to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production

Confirm daily tasks at the start of the shift and communicate questions early to keep operations smooth

Review job paperwork and verify accuracy before running parts

Complete documentation, including shift reports and route sheets

Perform secondary operations per work instructions

Inspect parts against quality standards and follow up on any deviations

Maintain workstation supplies and report issues with parts, instructions, packaging, or equipment

Assist in training new operators

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Close out paperwork and clean up your station at shift end Follow Quality Management System requirements and complete other duties as assigned

What You Bring High school diploma or GED preferred1 to 3 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred; training is provided

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures

Basic written communication skills for completing reports and documentation

Comfort communicating with coworkers and supervisors

Solid basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and resolve routine production issues
