• Execute high-quality TIG and GMAW welds on a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to meet structural and aesthetic requirements.
• Interpret complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure precise component fitment and assembly.
• Utilize precision measurement tools and weld gauges to verify that all finished work adheres to strict dimensional tolerances.
• Operate essential fabrication equipment, including cranes and hoists, to safely maneuver materials throughout the production floor.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work orders and labor reporting to ensure seamless project tracking.
• Collaborate with the production team to refine fixture designs and improve overall fabrication efficiency.
• Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and operational protocols.

• Proven proficiency in TIG and GMAW welding processes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T standards.
• Experience using precision measurement and inspection equipment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with welding.

• AWS D1.1 certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
• Technical diploma in welding or a related field of study.
• Prior experience working within an ISO-certified quality management system.
• Experience mentoring junior team members in welding techniques.
