Eau Claire, WI | Full-time (36–40 hrs/week) and part-time (16–36 hrs/week) | Immediate start through January 2027 Potential for permanent positions | $16–20 per hour

In this seasonal role, you'll make and finish jewelry, ship orders, and keep inventory accurate. We're looking for people who can start right away, and these roles have the potential to become permanent positions, dependent on business needs.

The Seasonal Operations Assistant makes and finishes jewelry that meets brand and customer standards, picks, packs, and ships customer orders, and keeps inventory accurate from receiving through cycle counts. This role flexes between production, shipping, and inventory based on daily priorities and helps keep shared work areas organized and ready for the day.

Jewelry Making

• Build pieces and sub-assemblies to our standard operating procedures
• Handle finishing steps such as tumbling, cleaning, and polishing
• Package finished pieces and submit them for quality control
• Correct any issues flagged during QC
• Complete daily work orders accurately and on time, based on your training and production goals
• Keep your bench organized and help maintain shared production areas

Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
• Verify every order against the packing slip before it goes out
• Package orders to our brand presentation standards
• Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup
• Help prepare transfers to our flagship store

Inventory

• Receive and count incoming materials and finished goods
• Restock, label, and organize storage locations
• Pull and stage materials for production
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Record inventory movements in our system
• Help process customer returns

Other Responsibilities

• Flex between production, shipping, and inventory as daily priorities shift
• Keep shared work areas clean and organized

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time 36–40 hrs/week
• Part-time 16–36 hrs/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on jewelry-making, craft, assembly, or production experience
• Warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment experience
• Experience with inventory or order management systems

Skills & Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Manual dexterity and comfort with hand tools
• Good time management and ability to meet daily targets
• Comfort switching tasks throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Reliability and a willingness to learn

• Seated bench work and standing work for extended periods with fine, repetitive hand motion
• Lift and carry packages and supply boxes up to 30 lbs
• Work with open flame (torches), tumblers, finishing compounds, and hand tools using provided safety equipment
