Bindery Assistant - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Bindery Assistant for a growing print production and manufacturing company in the Eau Claire area. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Individuals with experience in general labor, manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, material handling, or machine support are encouraged to apply.

• Perform general labor tasks including material handling, staging, loading, and moving products
• Assist machine operators with job setup and production-related duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping, disposing of waste, and monitoring supply levels
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Safely operate basic tools and equipment as directed
• Read and follow written work instructions and production information
• Support daily production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic computer skills or the ability to learn necessary applications
• Ability to work overtime when needed based on production demands
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
• Use hands and fingers to handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Maintain attention to detail during repetitive production tasks
