The role focuses on outpatient care in the Congestive Heart Failure clinic with typical hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The provider will not be required to take call or work weekends, promoting a work-life balance.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and have relevant experience in cardiology or internal medicine. A Wisconsin nursing license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certification as a physician assistant is required.
