Salary Range: $25.50 – $38.50 per hour.
Job Location:
Chippewa Center – on-site visits about twice per month. Mon – Fri; 9:00am – 4:30pm.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients in a collaborative environment with specialists from various fields.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement nursing care plans, including patient assessment, triage, and education.
- Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Perform nursing interventions and document outcomes.
- Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to age and population‑specific standards.
- Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules.
- Comply with the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
- Additional state licensure or multistate licensure (NLC) if applicable.
- Maintains required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
