This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

Shifts:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Plover location (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM);
Outpatient Occupational Medicine

• Occupational medicine evaluations and treatment
• Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). examinations
• DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience required

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (state licensure requirements not specified).
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic Systoc
