Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee daily landscape installations and lead a crew in the field. This role combines hands‑on work with leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Perform hands‑on landscaping work, primarily softscapes, to include:
- Installing edging and accent boulders
- Landscape bed prep and installing rock or mulch
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Grading and finish work
- Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress
- Train and mentor crew members
- Operate and maintain landscape tools and light equipment
- Read and execute landscape plans and layouts

Qualifications- 2+ years of professional landscape installation experience
- Prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Physically able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
