Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an entry level Quality Inspector to support manufacturing production at our Magnesium Molding facility located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Third shift: 11:00pm-7:00am. Earn a 12% Shift Differential ON TOP of your base pay.
What You Will Do- Perform inspections per control plans/inspection plans, document results, and make start‑up decisions
- Operate precision measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
- Complete capability studies and gage R&R analysis
- Interpret visual and dimensional quality criteria to operators
- Participate in problem‑solving activities
- Provide assistance with the MRB process
- Work within a team environment to complete other quality‑related duties as assigned
- Quality experience in operations and/or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate inspection instruments
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Experience working in an SAP or ERP system
- 6 months of quality experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints
