Associate Quality Planning Engineer

Job Requirements

RIVERSIDE, located in Eau Claire, WI, is a precision machining company that provides custom precision manufacturing and innovative services to medical, aviation, space, defense, and emerging high‑tech industries.

• Review customer documentation to ensure requirements are understood and communicated to the appropriate teams.
• Support the development of quality verification plans by helping outline inspection steps and requirements.
• Work with internal teams to gather information needed for inspection planning and quality checks.
• Help collect and organize data (such as cycle times) to support quality and process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and cross‑functional reviews to learn quality processes and provide input.
• Assist in aligning inspection plans with engineering drawings and CAD outputs.
• Support the Inspection team by helping update and maintain quality documentation.
• Prepare balloon drawings and inspection report templates.
