Key Responsibilities
- Performs light assembly work and boxes products to meet production requirements
- Assembles parts together using hand tools and soldering equipment
- Performs in‑process quality checks on all products assembled and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
- Follows manufacturing procedures to assemble products as required
- Confers with managers or others to assess progress and discuss needed changes that could impact assembly of products
- Maintains a clean work area and performs final cleanup at end of each shift, including breaking down boxes, sweeping, emptying garbage, and removing cardboard pallets
- Uses computer systems to access procedures, complete work orders, update time records, and communicate via email and chat.
- Performs other additional duties as assigned or required
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- General knowledge of warehouse operations and assembly environment or performing related work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and skill with soldering
Work Location
- Realityworks is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a fully onsite position.
