WDT Quality Technician II

QUALITY TECHNICIAN for our INSPECTION department! An ideal candidate is

go. The QUALITY TECHNICIAN will ensure materials and finished goods

conform to all company and customer standards. Perform inspections on

incoming materials and in-process and final product to ensure quality

levels are met. Perform first piece set-up and First Article Inspections

in accordance with established inspection plans. DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Conduct receiving,

in-process, final inspections, and first piece set-up utilizing the

appropriate measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensional and

functional requirements. Conduct visual examination of product in

accordance with customer specifications and company workmanship

standards. Perform formal documented First Article Inspection (FAI)

reports for internal and external customers. Prepare, maintain, and

review inspection reports. Perform containment activities preventing

potential or additional quality defects. Assist in the development of

in-process control charts for monitoring / improving performance.

Provide internal and external audit support as requested. Support

engineering functions with data collection, product review, etc. as

requested. Effectively communicate with cross-functional areas; supply

chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality engineering, customer

service, production planning. Participate in lean activities as

Required. Other Miscellaneous Duties As Assigned. Responsible To Conduct

yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves
