Position ObjectiveProvide excellent customer service and assist with retail tasks as needed.
Experience, Education, Requirements- Experience with a Point of Sale system
- Good communication skills
- Excellent personality
- Above average customer service skills
- Exhibits excellent phone etiquette
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to remain calm and in control when facing difficult situations
- Can follow the direction of Lead Cashier and Manager
- Able to lift up to 15lbs
- Responsible for operations and transactions at the register
- Work directly with Lead Cashier to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for maintaining upkeep of Retail floor
- Assist with merchandising the retail space
- Clean as needed
- Anticipate customer and coworkers’ needs
- Work shifts up to 8hrs
- Available to work every other Saturday as the team needs
- Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
