6 Month Program | Pathway to Software Account Management (SAM)
About the PositionWe are looking for an ambitious outbound seller with 1–2 years of experience and a passion for software sales. This 6‑month Software Acceleration Program fast‑tracks high‑potential talent into our Software Account Management organization. It is a temporary role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months.
Program Outcome- Top performers advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role.
- Exceptional performers may be considered for a Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement.
- Those who do not meet performance expectations will conclude participation at the end of the program.
- Drive outbound outreach and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling, value‑driven messaging to SMB and mid‑market prospects.
- Execute structured call, email, and Linked In engagement strategies.
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics.
- Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through coaching, training, and hands‑on platform experience.
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, required.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience, preferred.
- Confidence engaging decision makers across phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline.
- Desire to strengthen full‑cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role.
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
- Growth mindset and strong coachability.
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face‑to‑face to grow network.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre‑employment screening, required.
- Must successfully complete required training or orientation courses, needed.
- 6‑month accelerated program focused on outbound software selling.
