The Business Development Sales Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Managed Services Provider (MSP) business. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers who require IT managed services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and professional technology support.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs relating to IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM system.

Sales Process and Client Engagement

  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solutions that communicate our service offerings and value proposition.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with technical teams to scope appropriate MSP solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → close.
  • Ensure a seamless hand-off to onboarding and service delivery teams.
  • Maintain strong understanding of MSP offerings including Managed IT, Managed Security, BDR, Cloud, and Lifecycle services.
