Sterling Water Culligan is seeking an energetic and motivated Residential Water Treatment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in East-Central Wisconsin (Wausau/Waupaca). In this role, you will drive growth by engaging with potential customers, demonstrating our innovative water treatment products, and delivering exceptional service. Your technical expertise and solution-based sales skills will help homeowners improve their water quality and way of life.

• Engage with prospective residential customers to understand their water treatment needs and present customized solutions.
• Conduct water testing and product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to ensure customer understanding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal database.

• Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within water treatment or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills for product demos and explanations, and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and helping customers achieve their water quality goals.
