New Home Star, in partnership with C&E Wurzer Builders, is hiring a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to guide buyers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, right here in the greater Eau Claire area.

This role is a great fit if you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, or another relationship-focused field and are ready to grow that experience into a rewarding career in new home sales.

• Guide buyers through the full home buying journey - from first inquiry through closing and post-close follow-up.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with buyers through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
• Respond promptly to leads and keep momentum moving throughout the sales process.
• Maintain your pipeline and customer communication in Hub Spot CRM.
• Keep your model home clean, welcoming, and professionally presented.
• Manage listings across MLS, Zillow, , and related platforms.
• Take part in ongoing training and coaching to keep growing your sales and industry knowledge.

• Base salary starting at $50,000, shifting to a draw plus commission structure after 6 months.
• Total compensation potential of $65,000–$90,000+ based on individual performance and sales results.
• Full-time, W-2 role with a comprehensive benefits package.
• Schedule:
  
  Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Mondays and Tuesdays off), with open model hours from 12:00–5:00 PM.
• Onsite position based in a C&E Wurzer Builders model home in your assigned Eau Claire-area community.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, or another relationship-focused field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and provide genuine care.
• A positive, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
• Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other online sales tools.
• Self-motivation with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• An active real estate license, or willingness to obtain one within your first 2–3 months.
