Pay: $40/hour

Hours: 7am-5pm (10 hour days. Times may vary based on operations)

Schedule: March 3
- April 25, Monday through Friday (OT on weekends based on how project is going)

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Installer to temporarily support the installation of parcel handling equipment, including conveyors, chutes, platforms, and structural supports. This role requires strong welding skills combined with hands-on field installation experience in an active jobsite environment.

• Perform structural and equipment welding for conveyor systems, chutes, and platforms
• Install and align parcel handling equipment per drawings and specifications
• Read blueprints
• Work safely, including elevated work areas
• Take direction well from assigned Field Supervisor and collaborate with millwrights, electricians, and project leads to meet schedules

• Proven welding experience (Stick; Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
• Experience installing parcel or material handling equipment
• Ability to work from prints or provided direction and maintain quality standards
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed
• Great attitude
• Willingness to be a team player and work as installer as needed
