Ziegler's Landscape by Design in Onalaska, WI, is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. This person's responsibility will be to lead and manage work crews to function effectively and efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:- Ability to run all types of equipment including skid steers, loaders, mini‑excavators, saws, compactors, etc.
- Ability to read and build off landscape plans.
- Knowledge of how to use lasers and other measuring tools.
- Ability to construct fences, decks, gazebos, etc.
- Ability to run crews of two or more employees.
- Good communication skills with coworkers and customers.
- Trouble shoot and resolve issues as needed.
- Strong construction and plant knowledge
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (CDL license a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Starting wage of $25-$35/hour with salary potential based on experience
- 401K
- Paid Holidays
- All local work-no nights or weekends
