Aerial Lineman

We are looking to hire for immediate full-time employment. Our good candidate will have a CDL A License and will be expected to learn and operate our Digger Derrick and Bucket Trucks. A CDL is not required for Aerial/Bucket work and this experience is preferred, not necessary. This position works as part of a crew that performs utility line work. This candidate must be able to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.

Pay rate based on experience, motivation and ability.

• Showing up to work on time, ready to go with a positive attitude.
• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of aerial fiber, pole attachments and down guy installation.
• Assisting line crew with setting and removing poles by shoveling and filling anchor holes.
• Properly maintaining, preparing and operating all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws and aerial lifts.
• Using bucket trucks as well as utilizing ropes to ascend poles and clear utility lines proficiently and safely.
• Working from varying heights effectively and efficiently, following safety policies and procedures and wearing the provided personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Our ideal candidate will be able to perform other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
