Insulation Installer

Hometown Insulation Inc, a Wisconsin-based residential and light commercial contractor, is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our family-oriented, safety-first team. In this hands-on role, you'll install fiberglass batts, blown-in cellulose, and assist with spray foam on new construction, remodels, and retrofit projects. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, measuring and cutting materials, air sealing, operating basic tools, and maintaining clean, safe jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass, cellulose, and assist with spray foam insulation in homes and light commercial buildings
• Prepare and protect work areas; load, unload, and stage materials and equipment
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation to specifications and building plans
• Perform basic air sealing and draft stopping to improve energy efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use and safe ladder/scaffold practices
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with crew leaders, supervisors, and customers
• Document work completed and follow quality standards and checklists
