Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $32- $32/ hour*

What you'll be doing as a Concrete Finisher:- Pour, smooth and finish concrete with use of screeds, floats, trowels, and broom
- Apply compounds and sealers to finished concrete and ensure adequate supplies
- Monitor the effects of weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wind during the concrete curing process and adjust accordingly
- Ensure concrete finish meets project specifications and quality standards
- Assist with training new employees advancing into a Finisher role
- 1st Shift (Day)
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
- Must have minimum 5 years experience as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher
- Must be reliable, with an excellent attendance history
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must be very safety conscious
- Drug test required
