Branch Skilled - Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd & 3rd shift

Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Wage: $25.85-$42.30/hour

Shift: 2nd & 3rd

Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm; 11pm to 7:30am

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while supporting a highly tenured and employee-focused maintenance team. This is a direct hire opportunity in Walworth, WI.

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on manufacturing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
• Work independently to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
• Support production uptime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Document maintenance activities as required
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams as needed

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience working with industrial production equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
