Join Our Team as a Community Supported Living Caregiver!Make a positive impact in your community while helping individuals live independently!
Do you want to make a positive change in your community? The Community Supported Living Caregiver offers support to individuals with disabilities, who are aging or have mental illness as they strive for independence. They provide individualized support, problem‑solving, companionship, and guidance to individuals in their homes. Our Community Supported Living program is designed to help clients maximize their independence and reside in their homes within the community.
We offer support with chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, community engagement and more!
- Part‑Time: 10‑20 hours per week
- Team: Community Supported Living (CSL)
- Support includes chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, and community engagement
- Offer individualized support
, problem‑solving, and companionship - Assist with daily living skills (cleaning, hygiene, community engagement)
- Provide medication monitoring (non‑prescriber)
- Encourage independence and meaningful community participation
- Foster health and safety through guidance and support
- Complete documentation and attend team meetings
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Mileage reimbursement

- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Ability to meet auto insurance requirements
- First Aid & CPR (preferred; may be required after hire)
Daily travel may be required.
