If you have experience supporting individuals in crisis - including those navigating homelessness, mental health challenges, or the criminal justice system - we strongly encourage you to apply.

What You’llDo

Inthisrole,youwillprovideprofessionalhumanservicestoindividualsandgroupsacrossavarietyofsettings,includingcommunitylocations,shelters,jails,offices,and schools. Services maybe delivered in person or through audio/visual platforms.

Yourworkmayinclude:

• Assistance with Social Security ,IDs,employment,andhousingapplications
• Mentalhealthcoordination&recovery support
• Lifeskills,coping skills,andbudgetingsupport
• Medicationmanagementassistance
• Education coordination(GED,technical college)
• Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) support

You'llcollaboratewithclientsandserviceteams,maintainaccuratedocumentation,apply evidence-based practices,andhelpindividualsbuildindependenceandstability.

What We'reLooking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services related field is required (examples include Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Sociology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, and others). Degrees not listed may require transcript review.

Requirements:

• Valid driver'slicenseandreliabletransportation
• Abilitytoworkincommunity-based environments
• Strong documentation,communication,andorganizationalskills
• Comfortworkingwithindividualsexperiencingcrisis
• Abilitytouseelectronichealthrecordsandstandardcomputerapplications
