Pay:
Hourly, Biweekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
Serve as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Participate in hands-on development and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
Help identify technical risks and guide the team in addressing performance, scalability, and maintainability concerns.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions
Support project planning by providing technical estimates, input on timelines, and solution feasibility
Qualifications
Ability to work onsite in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent on the job experience5+ years of professional experience in software development2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a software development team Experience developing and maintaining functions within cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure & AWSStrong communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and clearly communicate technical concepts
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
