As a Delivery Driver, you are the face that brings the Cookie Magic to our fans. Your role is to deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream safely and on time while providing a positive customer experience through in‑person and phone interactions.

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, in person or by phone.
• Use the Insomnia delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, driver’s license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
