Darling Ingredients is looking to hire a Route Driver for our Eau Claire, WI area. Routes would be in WI. This route delivery position earns competitive pay, depending on experience, starting at $30.47 plus OT, and we also offer comprehensive full-time benefits, including full medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, vacation time, and more.

As a Route Driver, you are responsible for collecting and transporting raw materials from our broad customer base back to our facility. Driving a bucket truck and/or trailer, you collect materials from multiple customers along your route each day. You manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and maintain a backup paper log for compliance. You keep the truck clean, complete a daily vehicle condition report, provide exceptional professional service to all customers, and follow all laws and regulations.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Good driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Customer service skills.

Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Communicate clearly, be highly organized, manage time effectively, maintain composure in difficult situations, adapt to changes, and work well with others.

All route delivery drivers operate routes in their local area and are home every night. This full‑time Class A CDL truck driving job averages 40‑45 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with the opportunity to work regular overtime.
