CDL Route Driver

Job Summary

Darling Ingredients is looking for a Route Driver for the Eau Claire, WI area. The position offers competitive pay starting at $30.47 plus overtime and covers the entire Wisconsin region. The role is for a full‑time driver with a Class A CDL.

As a Route Driver, you are responsible for collecting and transporting raw materials from our customer base back to our facility. You will drive a bucket truck and/or trailer, collect materials from multiple customers on your route each day, manage your route with an on‑board computer, maintain an up‑to‑date backup paper log for compliance, keep your truck clean, and complete a vehicle condition report on a daily basis.

You are expected to provide exceptional professional service to all customers and follow all laws and regulations. You enjoy a career that lets you hit the road while returning home each night.

• At least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Customer service skills.
• 2+ years of commercial vehicle operation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, high organization, and superior time‑management skills.
