Role
We are seeking an experienced truck driver to safely haul scrap metal and operate processing equipment. The role involves
- driving various trucks including semi, grapple, and tow trucks with manual transmissions
- sorting scrap metal by hand
- assisting customers
- performing general yard maintenance such as cleaning and snow removal
Qualifications and skills include a
- valid CDL A license
- strong work ethic and punctuality
- basic knowledge of equipment operation (training provided)
- mechanical aptitude
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with minimal supervision
The position requires
- heavy lifting
- working on uneven terrain
- flexibility to perform additional duties as needed
