A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROUTE DRIVER- As a Route Driver, you are responsible for collecting and transporting raw materials from our broad customer base back to our facility.
- Driving a Bucket truck and/or Trailer, you collect materials from multiple customers along your route each day.
- You manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and also keep an up-to-date backup paper log for compliance purposes.
- Taking responsibility for your truck, you keep it clean and complete a vehicle condition report on a daily basis.
- You provide exceptional professional service to all customers and follow all laws and regulations.
- You love that you get to hit the road for a living, while still being home every night.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Customer service skills.
- Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
- Can you communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing?
- Are you highly organized with superior time management skills?
