EOI Space is looking for a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to keep materials, components, and equipment moving accurately and on time as we scale from development into production. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will receive and inspect incoming shipments, prepare outbound domestic and international shipments, andmaintaininventory accuracy in our tracking systems.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment where processes are still evolving, and takes pride in a stockroom the production floor can count on.
Whatyou willdo:The Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerkis responsible fortheaccurateandtimelymovement and tracking of materials, components, and equipment. You will receive and inspect incoming shipments,stageand ship outgoing packages, andmaintaininventory accuracy in our tracking systems.
This position directly supports build schedules and keeps the production floor supplied. You will work closely with production, engineering, and procurement, and you will be the person who catches a shortage or a damaged shipment before it becomes a schedule problem.
Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
Prepare, package, label, and ship outbound domestic and international shipments per company and carrier requirements.
Maintainaccurateinventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Stage, kit, and deliver materials to production and engineering teams as needed.
Identify, document, and elevate discrepancies, damage, or shortages.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom and receiving area.
Handle hazardous or controlled materials as needed per established procedures.
Coordinate couriers, freight carriers, and shipping documentation.
Support the implementation and improvement of inventory and warehouse processes and systems.
Follow all safety, quality, and export-compliance procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or a related operations role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow established processes and safety procedures
Authorized to work as a U.S. Person
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, or another hardware environment
Familiarity with ESD handling and controlled or hazardous material procedures
Exposure to ITAR/EAR export-compliance requirements
Forklift certification
Experience with cycle counting and inventory control best practices
The pay range for this role is $25-$32 hourly, depending on previous experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and internal equity.

Standard work schedule is 40 hours per week
