We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ecorse, Michigan.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Standing – The majority of tasks are performed standing. Walking often on ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum with work surface heights between 36 and 48 inches. Paperwork is completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting – Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; items up to 50 pounds (up to 3 ft x 1.5 ft). Items lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Carrying – Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) moved to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing ~30 lb carried. Trays of pizza dough (~12 lb each) carried 3 at a time over short distances.

Pushing – Trays placed on dollies (24‑30 trays) requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force. Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing – Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for price changes. Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly. Toe room present but limited knee flex. Duration ~30‑45 seconds repeated continuously through day. Also forward bending at front counter and stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting – Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching – Continuous up, down, forward. Occasionally above 72 inches to operate oven controls, change prices, lift/lower objects. Downward reaching for scooping cornmeal, washing dishes. Forward reaching for topping, cleaning, answering phones.

Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of hands. Shaping pizza dough requires forearm and wrist force. Manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter. Pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. Reach, grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, peel, and boxes.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and peel.
