Position: Senior Manager, Regional Key Accounts (Logistics)
We are partnering with an established regionallogisticsprovider spanning contractlogisticsand freightforwardingin a search for a Senior Manager, Regional Key Accounts (Logistics) to own a portfolio of multinational accounts across the region, driving retention, profitable growth, and consistent service delivery across markets.
Responsibilities    Own and manage a portfolio of multinational key accounts in the region.

Grow account scope both within individual markets and across multiple countries in the region.

Drive account retention byidentifyingupselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities early.

Support the onboarding of new regional accounts, carrying them from proposalthrough to implementation.

Lead regular business reviews with key clients, surfacing performance gaps, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Track operational performance against agreedkey performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Work alongside customers on continuous improvement initiatives that build long-term value.

Coordinate with operations, IT, and finance teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements    Degree in Logistics, Sales and Marketing, ora related discipline.

7 to 10 years of experience in key account management and sales.

Background acrossthird-party logistics(3PL) contractlogisticsand freight forwarding.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build durable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
