We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead an outsourcing project. As this is a demanding project we expect the candidate to have exceptional people management skills and strong experience in project management area.

In addition the candidate would need to be a self-driven individual and have excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders and be able to communicate with the executive level decision makers.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of our most demanding projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

The main project is a transition project (OUTSOURCING), where the Project Manager will especially need good communication and people skills as well as capability to keep focus on target.

Individuals in Project Management are professionals who are responsible for the overall success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity.

Project Managers are accountable for project initiation and planning, and for overseeing development, testing, implementation, and closeout. This includes initial project planning efforts such as developing the project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and IT sponsor approvals, and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.

Once a project is set in motion, the Project Manager is expected to communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities.

Project Management professionals are also responsible for prioritizing procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures.

• strong and proven experience in project management (inc. change, people and risk management) in demanding and complex large scale projects
• demonstrated and proven experience from demanding and complex large scale, outsourcing projects
• certification in project management such as PMP, IPMA is seen as a big plus

• Experience in Scrum and Waterfall Project Management
• Experience in Project Management (5 years+)
