To make a global difference and ensure sustainable wetland management across land and seascapes, we inspire and mobilise society to act and influence levers of change.

Our work on Coasts and Deltas comprises a rapidly growing portfolio of worldwide projects and programmes. This includes integrated coastal zone management programmes, habitat and species conservation, dedicated restoration initiatives, and a range of sector and commodity-driven programmes focused on coastal engineering and aquaculture, among others. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance the roles that coastal wetlands play to support biodiversity, ensure food and water security and reduce climate risks.

Our approach is highly collaborative, done through strategic public and private partnerships and cutting-edge networks, such as the Building with Nature Consortium and the Global Mangrove Alliance.
