Parallel Technologies seeks a Sr. Staff Accountant to support financial operations for a leading IT infrastructure and networking provider. In this role, you will manage general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations while supporting financial reporting and audits. You will prepare variance analyses, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Partner closely with operations and project teams to analyze job costing, revenue recognition, and margin performance.

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Perform variance, margin, and job-cost analysis for IT projects
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures
• Support external audits and tax preparation as needed
• Collaborate with operations to improve financial processes
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
• Support continuous improvement of accounting systems and workflows
