Office Administrator/ Coordinator
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for CEO, including support for missions and the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
- Support Mission Order Production
- Support Mission Product Supplies
- Provide administrative support for Center for Excellence department needs.
- Answer phones for the department, can't ring more than 3 times.
- Make and confirm appointments.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Order hearing aids and supplies for customers.
- Order stock for Center for Excellence.
- Design hearing aid orders according to specifications.
- Support Production for CFE.
- Handle Shipping for CFE.
- Support Specialty Earmolds and Products for CFE.
- Enter repairs and remakes into system.
- Enter final programming information.
- Answer customer questions and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
- Provide customer relations support in gathering for CEO, CFE manager or Designer.
- Support for Order Information and warranties.
- Support redesign of CFE orders.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required; computer classes a plus.
- Minimum 6 months administrative and fast pace sales experience required; setting appointments.
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Manufacturing Suite.
- Oracle.
- Sycle net.
- Switchboard/Phone System.
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work well with people required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, i.e. some evenings and Saturdays.
- Excellent grammatical skills.
- Excellent typing skills, 40–65 wpm.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions
- Standard Office Conditions.
- Travel about 10–15%.
Equipment Operation
- Standard office equipment.
The annual salary for this position is between $20.36 - $31.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
