Logistics Control Clerk I.

• This entry-level role provides essential support for logistics operations, including processing sales orders and sales/service returns, managing inventory and labeling, documentation accuracy, and a wide variety of various administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks for sales and logistics, including preparing spreadsheets, reports, and email correspondence.
• Review sales orders, prepare orders, and verify bills of lading or invoices against purchase records. Enter data in ERP system.
• Track and update Excel schedule, pick items for sales orders.
• Process service returns for defective items and send material to vendor or internal repair services.
• Unbox and record incoming returns.
• Process service orders.
• Stock shelves.
• Authorize shipments in accordance with company procedures.
• Device assembly.
• Perform various administrative and logistics tasks as assigned.
