This position is instrumental in ensuring accurate billing, efficient order processing, and exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will contribute directly to the company's sales operations and financial processes during a period of exciting growth.

Job Description:

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams by providing timely updates on order status, billing, and fulfillment via phone and email.
  • Support the sales team with administrative functions, including order entry, tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process accurate invoices for parts and service orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in SAP and Salesforce systems to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Assist with month-end financial close activities and other sales admin functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of office administration or sales support experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP ERP or Salesforce is preferred
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office experience (especially Outlook and drafting professional emails).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak financial closing periods.

Additional Info:

  • Pay rate: $22-24/hour
  • Schedule: 7:30am-or 8:00am start time (open to doing a 30 min or 1 hour lunch). The shift would be 8 hours.
    • During training the first month there might be slower weeks (around 30-35 hours)
  • Location: 100% In- office (Eden Prairie) w/ situation flexibility here and there (like weather, sick kiddos, etc.)
  • Type: Contract for 6 to 8 months with the probability of hire! This is a new role, so they want to make sure they have enough work for this person long-term. There is an 80% chance this will turn permanent.
  • Target Start Date: ASAP
