Starting Pay: $18/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced movers who are ready to take the next step. As a Senior Wingman, you’ll join our team as a skilled mover with the opportunity to quickly advance into a Captain role. Captains lead crews, manage jobs, and represent our brand on every move. Advancement is based on performance, leadership ability, and mastery of our systems — not time in position.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

Job Leadership & Client Management

• Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to final walkthrough

• Communicate clearly with clients about timelines, expectations, and any challenges

• Provide accurate junk estimates and explain pricing confidently

• Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and problem‑solving

Operational Excellence

• Manage job flow, time, and crew coordination to ensure efficient moves

• Keep trucks clean, stocked, and ready for the next day

• Support upselling and cross‑selling of services and materials

• Maintain a strong safety mindset for trucks, equipment, team members, and customer belongings

Team Leadership & Development

• Actively support and guide teammates on the truck and in the shop

• Assign tasks based on skill, safety, and job needs

• “Train up” newer team members through hands‑on coaching

• Model responsibility, initiative, and a team‑first attitude

Technical Mastery

• Lead by example in wrapping, packing, lifting, and protecting customer items

• Anticipate potential damage or challenges and communicate proactively

• Provide accurate time estimates and keep management informed

• Demonstrate strong understanding of materials, surcharges, and pricing structure

Paperwork & Systems

• Complete all required documentation accurately, including:

• Bill of Lading

• Pre‑Existing Damage forms

• Liability Waivers

• Addendum of Services

• Daily Ops Log

• Use Hunkware effectively to support job accuracy and customer satisfaction
