This position leads cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer and market insights, and enhance commercial performance across the U.S. business. This role evaluates new business opportunities, shapes portfolio and commercialization strategy, and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, HEOR, and Finance to align market needs with strategic priorities.
This role is responsible for gathering customer, market, competitive, and reimbursement data from the field to inform strategic decisions enable margin expansion and improve commercial execution. The role cultivates internal and external partnerships to strengthen Bracco’s competitive position and ensures strong Voice of Customer (VOC) presence in product planning and commercialization efforts.
Preferred candidates will be located within the Eden Prairie, Minnesota or Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan areas.
** Primary
Duties & Responsibilities
**** Commercial Strategy & Business Opportunity Development
*** Lead evaluation of new business opportunities, including market analysis, competitive assessment, financial modeling, and strategic fit within Bracco’s portfolio.
* Identify synergies across Bracco entities (Sales, Marketing, R&D, global affiliates) to accelerate innovation and improve commercial execution.
* Partner with R&D and strategic marketing to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and investment proposals.
** Voice of Customer (VOC) & Market Insights
*** Establish and lead structured VOC programs to capture and synthesize customer feedback, field insights, and emerging market needs.
* Conduct assessments of clinical workflows, purchasing dynamics, unmet needs, and product performance to inform product and portfolio strategy.
* Present insights to senior leadership to influence commercialization plans and prioritization of new product introductions.
** Commercial Excellence & Sales Performance Optimization
*** Drive and execute continuous improvement strategies for the U.S. sales team using analytics, process optimization, and operational insights.
* Partner with sales leadership to define metrics, analyze sales funnel performance, improve cross-functional alignment, and strengthen commercial execution.
* Lead enhancements to sales enablement tools, training, messaging, and customer engagement processes.
** Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
*** Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and global affiliates.
* Facilitate alignment of commercial priorities, resource allocation, and execution of strategic initiatives.
* Serve as a connective leader across Bracco entities to identify collaboration opportunities and share best practices.
** External Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
*** Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distribution partners, professional societies, and industry collaborators.
* Identify partnership or collaboration opportunities that enhance product value, expand market reach, or accelerate adoption.
** Reimbursement & Economic Value Analysis
*** Conduct analysis of reimbursement pathways, coverage policies, and claims opportunities to identify strategies for margin expansion.
* Partner with Health Economics & Market Access teams to assess coding opportunities, clinical evidence needs, and payer dynamics.
* Integrate economic insights into pricing strategy, business cases, and product value communications.
