The Director, Product will be a pivotal member of Arctic Wolf’s Product team, focusing on Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). The role supports strategic goals by enabling product management processes, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and driving operational success. It works closely with research and development to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response in alignment with the overall company roadmap and go‑to‑market objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key engineering, user‑experience, and sales‑engineering leaders to inform product priorities.
- Work closely with the Customer SOC team to create a virtuous cycle of feature delivery that empowers internal teams and delivers value to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and teams within Arctic Wolf, identifying interactions, flagging dependencies and risks, and ensuring company‑level decisions are taken.
- Own and proactively drive operational success within your assigned area of the team.
- Collaborate with the UX team to center the user experience in each release.
- Translate high‑level product goals into detailed requirements and actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate across Security Services, Customer Experience, R&D, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on initiatives and deliverables.
- Help streamline internal processes to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Product teams to drive the delivery of an EDR product to market.
- 10+ years of experience in a technical or product role.
- Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products.
- Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross‑functional relationships across time zones.
- Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk‑management frameworks.

CompensationBase salary range: $186,000 to $302,000 USD annually, with variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
