Duration: 6 month Contract to hire

Top Responsibilities:

• Support a business-wide transformational program
• Define/Manage project scope
• Define/Manage Project Communication structure and Governance
• Manage/Control Project Timelines and Resources
• Manage/Control Project Financials
• Manage Overall Project Quality
• Assess/Manage Project Risks/Issues
• Manage Project Relationships and Communications

Must Have Skills/Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of Project Management concepts
• Strong analytical skills to think thru a problem and formulate appropriate action steps to address
• Strong in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• High degree of accountability
• Strong organizational skills

Nice To Have Skills/Attributes:

• Optum or United Health Group experience
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty

Either Eden Prairie MN, or Remote (given the pandemic)
