Facility Use Supervisor

Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Facility Use Supervisor to coordinate school-sponsored and community usage of Valley View, including its instructional programs, EP Institute, membership space, and rental spaces, as a peer to the K-12 Facility Use Supervisor.

• Education/Certification:
  
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of three years' experience in facilities management, hospitality, or event coordination.
• Qualifications:
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent building uses in a mixed-use facility
• Strong customer service orientation, comparable to a hospitality or conference-center setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; working knowledge of web-based scheduling systems (e.g., Arux)
• Demonstrated fiscal management skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment during evening/weekend events
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train part-time/casual staff
• Commitment to equity and demonstrated ability to work with and in service to people of varying backgrounds
• Ability to occasionally perform the following actions: lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, standing, bending, crouching, walking, sweeping

• Salary/year:
  Prorated to start date $76,237 based on the  EPSS Employment Agreement (EPSS Level IV)
• Hours Per Day: 8 hours a day
• Days Per Week: 5 days
• Days Per Year: 260 days
• Vacation: 20 days a year
• Holidays: 12 paid holidays each year
• Life Insurance:
  Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary
• Long Term Disability Insurance:
  Long term disability fully paid by the employer
• Medical/Hospitalization:
  Medical/hospitalization insurance available per EPSS agreement
• District contribution up to $1,673.00 per month for family coverage
• Dental Insurance:
  Dental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage
• Sick Leave: 14 days per year cumulative to 254 days
• Tuition Reimbursement: 50% tuition for up to 9 credits per fiscal year for pre-approved coursework
