Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support process oversight and continuous improvement efforts for a health insurance organization. This Contract position focuses on post-monitoring, audit support, and business process enhancement within a correspondence and technology environment, while partnering with teams to strengthen paperless operations across multiple business areas. The role is well suited for someone who can interpret data, identify operational patterns, and recommend practical solutions in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain monitoring frameworks, procedural records, and supporting documentation to help teams follow established operational standards.
• Review current workflows from start to finish and recommend process changes that improve efficiency, quality, and control.
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to refine business activities and support incremental operational enhancements.
• Examine process results and operational data to spot recurring issues, emerging trends, and areas of risk.
• Document defects, escalate concerns when needed, and communicate findings clearly to relevant business partners.
• Investigate root causes by analyzing spreadsheet-based data and other reporting sources, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to design practical solutions that support new capabilities and stronger process performance.
• Contribute to audit-related activities and post-monitoring efforts tied to paperless initiatives across lines of business.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong organization and attention to detail while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
