Call Center / Support, Customer Service Rep
Location: Eden Prairie (Minnesota)
Join a 24/7 operations team supporting shipment tracking and logistics for thousands of customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume overnight role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured, team environments.
Schedule- Training (5 weeks): Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Post-training: Primarily overnight shifts (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM), including weekends
- Candidates should expect to remain on night shift for ~1 year
- Pay: $21.50/hr
- Track shipments, create and manage orders, and update load information
- Respond to customer and carrier inquiries (primarily email and phone)
- Follow SOPs to ensure accurate and timely execution
- Monitor inboxes and task queues in a high-volume environment
- Document updates and escalate issues as needed
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight/weekend shifts
Preferred:
- Logistics, call center, or dispatch experience (retail, hospitality, food & beverage industries ok)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Structured training and growth opportunities
