Job SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with according to the Customer Service Policy and the Starkey Corporate mission statement.
Job Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information
- Assist dispensers in fitting questions.
- Answer dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All‑Make products.
- Clarify dispenser requests.
- Call dispenser with additional charges and estimates when requested.
- Support All Make Repair
- Stay current on Starkey products and processes.
- Provide repair information.
- Use JIT principles while performing duties.
- Answer problems from receiving and shipping.
- Process orders
- Accessories
- Warranties
- Credits
- Marketing materials
- Hearing aid parts, then invoice and ship
- Document calls
- Keep phone call records.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Education
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred.
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Ability to type 25‑30 WPM required.
- Letter writing skills a plus.
- 10‑key skills a plus.
The target rate for this position is between $18.14 and $24.15 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
