This position is responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with according to the Customer Service Policy and the Starkey Corporate mission statement.

• Answer incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information
  • Assist dispensers in fitting questions.
  • Answer dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All‑Make products.
  • Clarify dispenser requests.
  • Call dispenser with additional charges and estimates when requested.
• Support All Make Repair
  • Stay current on Starkey products and processes.
  • Provide repair information.
  • Use JIT principles while performing duties.
  • Answer problems from receiving and shipping.
• Process orders
  • Accessories
  • Warranties
  • Credits
  • Marketing materials
  • Hearing aid parts, then invoice and ship
• Document calls
  • Keep phone call records.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

• Education
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
• Experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Ability to type 25‑30 WPM required.
• Letter writing skills a plus.
• 10‑key skills a plus.

The target rate for this position is between $18.14 and $24.15 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
